In today's society the work of diversity education is a must for all businesses and institutions. The core of my work as a therapist deals with the recognition and acceptance of the unique self. My work in anti-oppression work goes back to my time as an undergraduate student.
I lecture and provide workshops to businesses and community organizations. I work with the principal that there is no hierarchy of oppression. So I do not teach and work with single issue concepts to make organizations check boxes. I work with . This concept has been my guiding force for the past 25 years.

I have worked in South Korea, Cambodia, Romania, Spain, Saint Louis, New York City and Washington, DC, and for not-for-profits with two people and organizations as large as the federal government.
