Are We A Good Fit?​
There are many therapists available and we all have different areas of expertise and operate with slightly contrasting approaches and styles.
My style as a therapist is one of motivation and empathy. I am your advocate and I am committed to help you move your life in the direction that you are looking for it to go. Sometimes that takes a while but I will always urge you, nudge you to keep moving forward.

Couples:
I work with a select group of couples in a discrete and comfortable environment. I try to strike a balance between being the advocate for each of you and working towards the goal of understanding your relationship. I consider it my work to preserve and secure the relationship itself and our sessions a place of healing to begin.
Time
This is your time to begin again.
To find a new religion.
A new code that will allow you to move on with your life in a particular direction.
I often say, "It's okay to change."
And I think people need to hear that, they need to hear it a lot in their life.
I want to give you permission to flip the table, learn a new skill.
Move.
Begin again.
